martha weeks

Since 1993, Martha Weeks has provided leadership communications coaching to Fortune 100 organizations including Google, HP, Microsoft, Volkswagen America, Uber, Zynga, and Worthington Industries, as well as numerous medical centers and start-up companies. 

Through her tailored and dynamic workshops, Martha gives executives, entrepreneurs, physicians, and engineers the tools and confidence to create and deliver persuasive presentations for conferences, investors, and internal meetings. She has coached TEDx talks and served as a speechwriter and coach for hundreds of business and technical presentations.

Martha Weeks is a coach and guest lecturer at the Stanford Business School and the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee-Knoxville (UT). At Stanford, she coaches MBA students on investor pitches in an entrepreneurship class. At UT, Martha is a lecturer and coach in the Graduate Executive Education group and the Professional MBA program. 

Martha started her career at Hewlett-Packard. She worked as a sales development engineer, channel manager, and product manager at HP offices in California, Germany, and France. After leaving HP, she sold network management software and consulted for technology companies including Oracle, Intuit, and Symantec.

Martha earned an MBA from the University of California-Berkeley and a BA in mathematics with a concentration in computer science from the University of Tennessee-Knoxville. She serves on the advisory board of UT’s College of Nursing.
